Entrepreneurs win big with Small Business Saturday

Richard Bestia offered sweatshirts with zombified celebrities at a booth for the first time Saturday at Ferndale's Rust Belt Market. He started Cold Eels, a brand of streetwear and provocative art, online four years ago and has depended largely on word-of-mouth marketing.
"Friends tell friends, and that's how you grow the business," said the 36-year-old from Detroit.
Bestia was among dozens of business owners across the region Saturday who hoped to lure shoppers away from big-box retailers on what has become known as Small Business Saturday. Started by American Express in 2010 and held just after Black Friday, the day is considered a boost for local entrepreneurs and shoppers.
"I think it's amazing how Detroit's economy is coming back," said Gilda Hauser of Royal Oak as she perused booths at Rust Belt Market that offered items ranging from Detroit posters and bumper stickers to antiques. "It's amazing, all the creative people."
Her date, Damian Porcari of Canton, said he intends this holiday season to buy some Shinola watches from Detroit as gifts for loved ones.
At a nearby booth, Chris Demorrow, 39, and Jaime Stark, 32, of Dearborn Heights offered preserves and sauces made with local, organic ingredients. They founded the business, Miel Sauces, less than a year ago and are working to get their product on retailers' shelves sometime soon. Demorrow, who has worked as a chef at local restaurants, said he's excited to turn his passion for sauces into something he can call his own. The couple chose the bustling Small Business Saturday to start offering their jars of honey-ginger preserves, strawberry caramel sauce and more for sale.
Shopper Donna Pettit, 46, of Brighton said she was visiting the market for the first time Saturday after hearing about it on TV.
"I had no idea this place was here," she said.
She bought a piece of reclaimed wood to use for serving food, and she said she anticipates doing more local shopping because "it drives the local economy." She said she prefers places like Rust Belt Market to shopping malls because she can support local businesses.
Heather Rhea-Wright, 38, of Ferndale, a former housekeeper, has been able to support herself through a business she's run about for three years at the market. She offered 10% discounts on her Instagram to help entice shoppers to buy such oddities as a taxidermied baboon and sheep's hearts in jars through her Painted Lady Trashions business, website www.iamcreepy.com.
"You're not going to find something in here that you're going to find in a big chain store," she said.
In downtown Detroit, shoppers shuffled among hundreds of thousands of books at John King Used Books, open since 1965. Deborah Lee, who has worked at the store for 18 years, said the young people moving to Detroit have "helped in ways that nobody can imagine" to sustain local businesses and even local farming.
"They love small independents," she said. "They bring their friends."
Bookstore owner John King said Detroit maps from the early 1900s and city-related history books tend to sell especially well this time of year. He supports the Small Business Saturday event and said it's needed for local businesses.
"I think it's really helpful to some local merchants who are starving most of the year," he said.

Stray Puppy Cut Free After Spending Two Months With Head Stuck In A Jug

A stray puppy who spent two months with its head stuck in a plastic jug has been cut free - and by the looks of things he couldn't be happier.
Local resident Audra Bohannon had seen the trapped dog running around her farm in Magnolia, Texas. But, until now, her family were unable to catch the dog to set him free.
She believes the puppy was looking for food when he got his head stuck. The jug, she explains, is part of a gravity pet feeder from her farm.

In the video the family try to keep the dog calm, while cutting the plastic jug from around his face. Once the jug is removed you can hear Bohannon say: "Hi! Hi baby! Hi! It’s OK see? Are you happy now?”
"Every night I went to bed thinking about that dog and I really felt bad for him having that on his head," Bohannon told Local TV station KPRC Houston.

"We got him up here, cleaned him up," she said. "He was flea infested, but other than that, he was just a little skiddish," she said.
According to KPRC Houston, the family plan to take the dog to the vet so that he can hopefully be adopted.
"The feeling I had waking up on Sunday morning and not looking out the window and not looking for that dog, that was a good, happy feeling," Audra said.

Thanksgiving Day in United States

Thanksgiving Day in the United States is a holiday on the fourth Thursday of November. It precedes Thanksgiving Day is a federal holiday in the United States.
What do people do?
Thanksgiving Day is traditionally a day for families and friends to get together for a special meal. The meal often includes a turkey, stuffing, potatoes, cranberry sauce, gravy, pumpkin pie, and vegetables. Thanksgiving Day is a time for many people to give thanks for what they have.
Thanksgiving Day parades are held in some cities and towns on or around Thanksgiving Day. Some parades or festivities also mark the opening of the Christmas shopping season. Some people have a four-day weekend so it is a popular time for trips and to visit family and friends.
Public life Most government offices, businesses, schools and other organizations are closed on Thanksgiving Day. Many offices and businesses allow staff to have a four-day weekend so these offices and businesses are also closed on the Friday after Thanksgiving Day. Public transit systems do not usually operate on their regular timetables.
Thanksgiving Day it is one of the busiest periods for travel in the USA. This can cause congestion and overcrowding. Seasonal parades and busy football games can cause disruption to local traffic. Background Thanksgiving Day has been an annual holiday in the United States since 1863. Not everyone sees Thanksgiving Day as a cause for celebration. Each year since 1970, a group of Native Americans and their supporters have staged a protest for a National Day of Mourning at Plymouth Rock in Plymouth, Massachusetts on Thanksgiving Day. American Indian Heritage Day is also observed at this time of the year.
There are claims that the first Thanksgiving Day was held in the city of El Paso, Texas in 1598. Another early event was held in 1619 in the Virginia Colony. Many people trace the origins of the modern Thanksgiving Day to the harvest celebration that the Pilgrims held in Plymouth, Massachusetts in 1621. However, their first true thanksgiving was in 1623, when they gave thanks for rain that ended a drought. These early thanksgivings took the form of a special church service, rather than a feast.
In the second half of the 1600s, thanksgivings after the harvest became more common and started to become annual events. However, it was celebrated on different days in different communities and in some places there were more than one thanksgiving each year. George Washington, the first president of the United States, proclaimed the first national Thanksgiving Day in 1789.

Career Solange Knowles and the wedding with Alan Ferguson

Managed by her father Mathew, Knowles' first foray into the music business was in 2001 as the lead singer, backed with Destiny's Child, on the title theme song for the animated television series The Proud Family. She also was a featured performer on "Hey Goldmember" for the soundtrack to the 2002 film Austin Powers in Goldmember, as well as a backup singer on the track "Little Drummer Boy" on her sister's group's 2001 holiday album 8 Days of Christmas. In 2002, she was featured on Lil Romeo's second studio album Game Time, singing portions of Luther Vandross-penned "So Amazing" on the single "True Love", and on Rowland's debut solo album Simply Deep, for which she also wrote the title track and "Alone". In 2001 she also appeared as Lil' Bow Wow's date in the music video for his single "Puppy Love". She also made an appearance on the Master of Disguise soundtrack and made cameos in Play's video for M.A.S.T.E.R. featuring Lil' Fizz.
In 2002, she lent her voice for the character Chanel, the cousin of the protagonist Penny Proud, in the episode "Behind Family Lines" to the animated television series The Proud Family. In June 2003, Mathew Knowles excitedly announced that he was considering adding Solange to Destiny's Child when the group reunited in 2004, thus turning them into a quartet for the first time since short-lived member Farrah Franklin left in 2000. Mathew Knowles said he was testing the reactions, and, judging by what he had heard, "it seems like a good idea". Later in August, however, Beyoncé said it was only a rumor and Destiny's Child would remain a trio. Rowland added, "She's a Solo Star," name-dropping Knowles' debut album.
At the age of 14, Solange Knowles started working on her debut album Solo Star, which involved American producers such as Jermaine Dupri, The Neptunes, Linda Perry and Timbaland among others. The album is primarily uptempo R&B, although Knowles said there are pop, rock, reggae and hip hop influences. Knowles co-wrote and co-produced some of the 15 tracks in the album, including its lead single, "Feelin' You (Part II)". The song failed to enter the Billboard Hot 100, but reached number three on both the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles Sales and Hot Dance Singles Sales chart. Solo Star was released on January 21, 2003 in the United States, where it debuted at number 49 on the Billboard 200 and reached number 23 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. Solo Star had a mixed critical reception: William Ruhlmann of Allmusic called it a "state-of-the-art contemporary R&B album", but deemed Knowles "lost somewhere in the mix". By mid-2008, the album had sold 112,000 copies domestically according to Nielsen Soundscan.

Every bride wants her wedding day to be perfect, and Solange Knowles' very nearly was. The singer-songwriter and DJ, 28, had the time of her life when she said "I do" to love Alan Ferguson in New Orleans on Sunday, Nov. 16, despite a minor and very brief case of hives.@@@@ Beyonce's younger sister joked about the rash on Instagram the next day, Nov. 17, in a caption accompanying video of her doing a choreographed dance routine with her 10-year-old son, Julez. The two performed together to Rae Sremmurd's "No Flex Zone" at the New Orleans Museum of Art, where the bride and her new hubby celebrated their marriage with family and friends including Bey, Jay Z, and Janelle Monae.
Solange Knowles explained why she got hives on her wedding day when she married Alan Ferguson in New Orleans.

Many Turkish physicians and nurses are disgruntled

Many Turkish physicians and nurses are disgruntled and tired of treating savage Islamist terrorists who are responsible for ultimate brutality and horrible bloodshed in Syria and neighboring Iraq. Jiar Gol, BBC’s Kurdish service correspondent in Turkish Kurdish-populated provinces, reported that the injured high-ranking ISIS commanders escaping the war-ravaging Syria are entering the Turkish territory through the porous Syria-Turkey border and later being admitted into Turkish army’s military hospitals and rehabilitation centers in Gaziantep, Mardin and Adana southern provinces.

Dr. Othman Bayraktar, a well-known neurologist in southern city of Kilis near the border with Syria divulged that the hospitals in which he works, have so far received near to 1200 severely injured terrorists whom have been treated for a long time in heavily guarded hospitals and after a while they return to Syria to resume their barbaric and heinous crimes against the innocent civilian populations. Dr. Bayraktar further added that many hospital staffs are seriously distressed and “ashamed” of offering medical treatments for criminal and thuggish Islamist fighters.

Turkey, a Muslim member of NATO and a U.S. close ally has importuned the West to prepare groundwork for establishing a buffer-zone stretching along the Turkey –Syria border areas to host and support all sort of Syrian militants.
Earlier, Kurdish officials in Iraqi Kurdistan Autonomous Region had warned about Turkey’s dangerous agendas and said that Ankara by creating a buffer-zone would eradicate all independent Kurdish political parties to cement its grip over Kurdish-populated northern Syria and Iraq.
Pew Research (2013): 15% of Muslims in Turkey support suicide bombings (also 11% in Kosovo, 26% in Malaysia and 26% in Bangladesh).

RECEIVE $18,000 TO LIE IN BED FOR THREE MONTHS

As part of a NASA research program, one lucky (ok, that’s questionable) man is being paid $18,000 to lie in bed for three straight months. This man’s name is Andrew Iwanicki and in August he lost his job, so there’s no better time to lie in bed and get money for it, right?
The study is part of a three-year project to learn about bone and muscle atrophy in space, with 54 people being studied before. Right now, Andrew is lying in a bed that tilts at a six-degree angle and spends his time watching TV shows and reading.
Here’s how he describes his time so far: ‘Taking showers consists of dousing myself with a hand-held shower head, and it’s especially hard to clean my back, legs, and feet. Reading books is exhausting, since I have to hold my arms outstretched in lieu of lifting my head up. Using my laptop is equally strange while lying down.
Every time I brush my teeth, I feel like I’m going to choke on the toothpaste. Then I have to spit into a cup, but it inevitably dribbles down my cheek and through my beard every damn time’.

3G datas of mobile internet

The 3G standard is perhaps well known because of a massive expansion of the mobile communications market post-2G and advances of the consumer mophone. An especially notable development during this time is the smartphone (for example, the iPhone, and the Android family), combining the abilities of a PDA with a mobile phone, leading to widespread demand for mobile internet connectivity. 3G has also introduced the term "mobile broadband" because its speed and capability make it a viable alternative for internet browsing, and USB Modems connecting to 3G networks are becoming increasingly common.

This is how you get the Internet on your phone, USB stick, or PC cards that go in your computer. Service providers typically refer to it as Mobile Wireless Broadband, even though the term broadband isn’t technically being used correctly.
novatel cellular modems Types Of Internet Access Technologies Explained, And What You Should
For a large part of the world, if you have cell phone service, you should be able to get mobile Internet service. Being available practically everywhere, and so many people having smartphones, there is an argument to be made that wireless Internet is the future. mobile broadband subscriptions Types Of Internet Access Technologies Explained.
Mobile Internet works with radio waves, similar to wireless broadband. Most people don’t realize that their cellphones are actually a type of radio. Over the years, service providers have figured out a way to transmit voice and data at the same time. There are several different ways that data can be sent over the cell signal. You’ve heard the terms 3G, 4G, and more recently, LTE. Each of those methods has a different way of sending data. 3G is an older, slower method and LTE is the newer faster method. The underlying principle is still the same though. What You Can Expect: With LTE service, up to 150 Mbps, but more like 75 Mbps. Much less if you’re not in an LTE zone. Prices vary wildly.
In 2011, 90% of the world's population lived in areas with 2G coverage, while 45% lived in areas with 2G and 3G coverage,[1] and 5% lived in areas with 4G coverage. By 2017 more than 90% of the world's population is expected to have 2G coverage, 85% is expected to have 3G coverage, and 50% will have 4G coverage.

A barrier to mobile broadband use is the coverage provided by the mobile phone networks. This may mean no mobile phone service or that service is limited to older and slower mobile broadband technologies. Customers will not always be able to achieve the speeds advertised due to mobile data coverage limitations including distance to the cell tower. In addition, there are issues with connectivity, network capacity, application quality, and mobile network operators' overall inexperience with data traffic.[8] Peak speeds experienced by users are also often limited by the capabilities of their smartphone or other mobile device.

Francois Gissy's Rocket-Powered Bicycle Hits World Record 207 MPH

A fearless Frenchman has broken the record for fastest bicycle, zooming along at 207 mph thanks to some rocket power.

Francois Gissy went on his world record-beating run at a racetrack in Le Castellet in the South of France on Friday, reaching the speed in 4.8 seconds after traveling 250 meters, or about 820 feet.
The bike, from Exotic Thermo Engineering, was designed by Gissy's friend, Arnold Neracher. Gissy told Gizmag that it was powered by highly concentrated hydrogen peroxide.
The bike was so fast it left a Ferrari F430 -- which can go from 0 to 62 mph in 4 seconds -- in the dust, or at least a cloud of rocket smoke.
A second clip, below, shows the event in part from the point of view of the Ferrari's driver. It's in French, but the imagery is priceless.
Don't expect Gissy to slow down any time soon. He already has plans for his next ride.
"If we can find some serious sponsors, then we would like to build a monstrous bicycle, which will be called 'Spine Crusher,'" Gissy told the Gizmag. "The goal would be to accelerate to more than 400 km/h (249 mph) in less than 2 seconds."

Say: Good morning, a coffee please 5$ discounted 4$

The cafe trying to bring back old-fashioned politeness by offering discounts for good manners
A coastal cafe is bringing back good manners just one coffee at a time.
Owners of Seven Mile Beach Kiosk in Gerroa, on the New South Wales' south coast, have put up a sign which is not only encouraging customers to be more polite, but it is putting a smile on their faces.
For about two months, the sign which reads 'A coffee: $5, A coffee please: $4.50, Good morning, a coffee please: $4' has been greeting coffee drinkers.
Owner Kev Chilver said he and his wife, Kylie Pickett, wanted to bring back good manners after one of their employees saw a similar sign elsewhere. 'Common courtesy is ... becoming less and less common, and we're trying to bring it back,' he told Daily Mail Australia.
'We are in service industry but we’re not servants. We deserve as much respect as anyone else. 'Please and thank you go a long way.' Chef Megan Jones said the sign's purpose has been fulfilled, saying customers having been noticeably more polite to staff.
Mr Chilver - who has owned the kiosk with Ms Pickett for four years - said reactions to the sign had been good. 'It gives people a smile and starts their day off,' he said.222 'We have some people who try it on and say "please", thank you" and "have a nice day" and then "Can I have it [coffee] for three dollars?".'
And the sign's desired effect has been panning out.
Chef Megan Jones said people were going out of their way to be nicer.
'People have been saying keep the change and they've been a lot nicer and we saw a change in the customers,' she told Daily Mail Australia. 'People tended to come in and say "Coffee thanks" and there was no "Hi, how are you?"'
But Mr Chilver said they did not go as far as enforcing the sign. 'It’s just put up there as a gimmick to cheer people up. We never enforce it,' he said. 'We couldn't take it that far.'
This campaign to bring back 'good manners' comes after a Newcastle business owner told parents with noisy children to steer clear of her cafe and a Brazilian-born Australian barista was denied work because he was black at Darlinghurst premises earlier this year. The Little French Cafe owner Jodie Morris in Broadmeadow, near Newcastle, north of Sydney, asked customers to refrain from bringing their unruly offspring into her establishment in a Facebook post.
One way to make our prosperous is give profit for others first. The client should make pleasure to make comfortable feeling for waiter first. That is fantasy service coffee shop!

Al-Qaeda mastermind in cosmetic ad!

Al-Qaeda mastermind featured for ‘hairs, not terrorism’ in cosmetic ad: Turkish company A cosmetic company used Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the Pakistani former al-Qaeda leader who is best known as the mastermind of the Sept. 11 attack, in one of its ads, prompting outcry.
A Turkish cosmetics company that ran a controversial online ad for its hair removal product has defended itself, arguing that it featured a notorious al-Qaeda militant “for his hair, not terrorism.”
The ad for the hair removal product reads, in Turkish, “Waiting won’t get rid of that hair!” or, more literally, “The hair will not go away because you keep waiting!”
The slogan is accompanied by a photo of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the Pakistani former al-Qaeda leader who is best known as the mastermind of the Sept. 11 attack. Mohammed is currently being held in U.S. military custody in Guantánamo Bay and faces the death penalty if convicted.
“We didn’t know that he was a terrorist. This image is in popular use in Turkish memes on the Internet. The guy is quite hairy, so we thought his body was a good fit for our ad,” Mehmet Can Yıldız, a representative for the cosmetics company, told Hürriyet via phone on Nov. 4.
Yıldız said the company had discovered the image on İnci Sözlük, a Turkish online social community website that can be described as Turkey’s answer to 4chan.org. “Several popular caps  were produced with his photo. Most were related to insomnia,” he added.
“We didn’t want to imply anything political. We didn’t know that it could become an international story. I repeat: We featured him for his hair, not terrorism,” Yıldız said.
U.S. news website Vox had first reported the controversial ad on Nov. 1.

That is also one way to make efficient in advertisement, but that have a little daredevil!

Robot Creates Ghostly Presence on Demand

Sometimes, people report having felt a strange, unseen presence around them — and they may attribute it to a ghost. Now, in a new study, scientists describe how the "ghost" is an illusion made by the brain.
In experiments, the researchers were able to trick the participants' brains into creating the eerie sensation. "The sensation that somebody is nearby when no one is actually present is called 'the feeling of a presence,'" the researchers said. "Although people do not see the 'presence,' they may describe its spatial location and frequently turn around or offer food to the invisible presence." Apart from being a prominent feature across all cultures, the phenomenon has been described by people with psychiatric and neurological problems, and even in healthy people experiencing physical exhaustion, such as in people doing extreme mountaineering, the researchers said. In the new study, the researchers created a robot to trigger the ghost illusion in a few dozen healthy people by causing a mismatch in their senses. "In our first experiment, 30 percent of the healthy participants spontaneously reported the feeling of having somebody behind them, touching them," said Dr.
Olaf Blanke, a neurologist at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland. The robot was made in two parts, and the participants stood in between them — with one part behind them and the other in front of them — wearing blindfolds and headphones. The participants reached out in front of themselves and tapped a button on the robot, triggering the robot behind them to reproduce the participants' arm movements, and touch their backs. This created the illusion that the participants were reaching out in front of them and touching their own backs. But things got even stranger when the researchers introduced a small delay between participants' actions and the robot's response.
A ghostly experience The delay between participants' reaching out forward and the sensory signals they received on their backs from the robot touching them caused confusion over the source of their sensation. The brain faced an impossible situation in which the sensory and motor signals didn't match. The result was an illusory experience, in which the participants perceived the touch as being caused by an invisible presence behind them that was touching their backs. "For some, the feeling was even so strong that they asked to stop the experiment," said Giulio Rognini, a neuroscientist at EPFL who led the study, published today (Nov. 6) in the journal Current Biology.
The findings reveal the fine balance between the brain mechanisms that generate the experience of "self" versus "other," and how distorting such mechanisms could lead to strange experiences, the researchers said. The ghost in the brain The robot experiment in healthy people is similar to the sensations of some patients with mental disorders, or of healthy individuals under extreme circumstances, Blanke said. "This confirms that is caused by an altered perception of their own bodies in the brain." To explore the brain basis of this illusion, the researchers looked at the brain lesions of 12 patients who had epilepsy or had suffered a stroke.
All of the patients had reported experiences in which they felt a person or a shadow was present, right behind them, or in the corner of their eye. The researchers linked the illusory ghost perception to lesions in three brain regions: the temporoparietal cortex, the insular cortex and the frontoparietal cortex. The findings could also help researchers understand the roots of symptoms of schizophrenia, the researchers said. These patients' hallucinatory symptoms, such as hearing alien voices and delusions that they are being controlled, could be triggered by an incorrect of integration of senses in the brain, as previous studies have also noted.

Game of Thrones And your BLOG viewer

Game of Thrones roughly follows the three story lines of A Song of Ice and Fire. Set in the fictional Seven Kingdoms of Westeros, the series chronicles the violent dynastic struggles among the realm's noble families for control of the Iron Throne. As the series opens, additional threats emerge in the icy North and in the eastern continent of Essos.
Viewer numbers The first season of Game of Thrones had an average of 2.5 million viewers for its first Sunday night screenings, and an average gross audience of 9.3 million viewers per episode including all repeats and on-demand viewings. For its second season, Game of Thrones had an average gross audience of 11.6 million viewers. The third season was watched by 14.2 million, making Game of Thrones the second most-viewed HBO series after The Sopranos. In the fourth season, HBO said that its average gross audience of 18.4 million viewers, later adjusted to 18.6 million, had beaten The Sopranos for the record. The following graph shows viewer numbers for the first airings:
1. Create “pillar content”, you need to help Google trends and joint it with the issue you want to share.
2. Interlink your posts. Wikipedia, the Internet’s most popular encyclopedia uses internal links constantly and consistently. Good referencing is an excellent method of obtaining more page views.

4. Give away something. To create a successful online presence we must contribute. Create something for free. Don’t even expect an email address back.
5. Develop a series of articles. Just like a soap opera, each episode continues from the previous one and in proper sequence.

How to Dispute a PayPal Transaction

Disputing a PayPal transaction is the first step in the claims process if you have a problem with a purchase you paid for with the service. PayPal offers buyer's protection on purchases if you do not receive the item, or the item you receive is not the same as the seller described it.
 1. Contact the seller of the product or service you paid for to try to resolve the problem directly before involving PayPal. You have 45 days from the date your payment was sent to start the PayPal dispute process.
2. If time allows, contact the merchant directly as a good faith gesture. The seller may provide a quick and easy resolution. For instance, she may be able to email you a shipping tracking number to locate your purchase, or offer to exchange the item or refund your money if you received an item that was different from the one you purchased. If the seller does not resolve the issue to your satisfaction or does not respond to your attempts to contact her, dispute the transaction through PayPal. Log into your PayPal account and locate the transaction you are disputing. You will need to know the date of the transaction or the transaction ID that you wish to dispute.
3. Go to the "Resolution Center," which you can access at the top of your account home page.
4. Click the button labeled "Dispute a Transaction".
5. Check the field for "Item Dispute" and then click the "Continue" button.
6. Type the transaction ID number into the box, then click "Continue." Alternatively, you can use the "Find Transaction ID" if you do not know the transaction ID.
7. Scroll through your account history to locate the transaction. Change the date range at the top of the page if the transaction does not appear on the first page of your account activity.
8. Select the transaction after you find it, by clicking on it. Then, click the "Continue" button.
9. Provide PayPal with information on the problem by filling out the necessary forms to activate the dispute.
10. Respond to all communications from the seller as requested by PayPal to attempt to resolve the problem.
11. Close the dispute if the seller resolves the problem to your satisfaction. Be sure you are completely satisfied with the transaction before closing the dispute. Once you choose to close a dispute, you can not reopen it. To close the dispute, choose the option of closing it on the bottom of the dispute details page in the "Resolution Center."
12. Escalate the dispute to a claim if you are unable to come to an agreement with the seller. Choose the option of escalating the dispute to a claim on the details page in the "Resolution Center." Provide the additional information that PayPal needs to investigate the claim by following the instructions at their website. If you do not escalate the dispute to a claim or close it before 20 days has passed, PayPal with automatically close your dispute.
13. Monitor the status of your claim under the "Open Cases" section of the "Resolution Center." When you open a dispute at PayPal, they remove the money that you paid the seller from their account and put a hold on the funds. This money is held until the dispute is closed or the claim is resolved. After the case is closed, PayPal will release the money to either the buyer or seller.
If you come to an agreement with the seller without using the PayPal dispute process, do not allow too much time to pass before the seller makes good on his agreed-upon resolution. Keep in mind the time limit on filing a dispute at PayPal. If the seller puts you off and does not deliver on his promises, he could cause you to miss the deadline for opening your dispute.

Bitcoin is Money? How you can have some Bitcoins?

Bitcoin is a software-based online payment system described by Satoshi Nakamoto in 2008 and introduced as open-source software in 2009. Payments are recorded in a public ledger using its own unit of account, which is also called bitcoin. Payments work peer-to-peer without a central repository or single administrator, which has led the US Treasury to call bitcoin a decentralized virtual currency. Although its status as a currency is disputed, media reports often refer to bitcoin as a cryptocurrency or digital currency.
Bitcoin is the first fully implemented decentralized cryptocurrency; most other cryptocurrencies are similar and derived from it. It is also the largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization. Bitcoins are created as a reward for processing work in which users offer their computing power to verify and record payments into the public ledger. This activity is called mining, which individuals or companies engage in, in exchange for transaction fees and newly created bitcoins.
Besides mining, bitcoins can be obtained in exchange for fiat money, products, and services.
Users can send and receive bitcoins electronically for an optional transaction fee using wallet software on a personal computer, mobile device, or a web application. Bitcoin as a form of payment for products and services has seen growth, and merchants have an incentive to accept the digital currency because fees are lower than the 2–3% typically imposed by credit card processors. The European Banking Authority has warned that bitcoin lacks consumer protections.
Unlike credit cards, any fees are paid by the purchaser, not the vendor. Bitcoins can be stolen and chargebacks are impossible. As of July 2013 the commercial use of bitcoin was small compared to its use by speculators, which has contributed to price volatility. Bitcoin has been a subject of scrutiny amid concerns that it can be used for illegal activities. In October 2013 the FBI of the United States shut down the Silk Road online black market and seized 144,000 bitcoins worth US$28.5 million at the time. The United States is considered more bitcoin-friendly than other governments. In China, buying bitcoins with yuan is subject to restrictions, and bitcoin exchanges are not allowed to hold bank accounts.
